How to prove it's real human hair?
If you burn the hair, it is dusty.And it is certified by goverment.
Why is the color of the real item different from the color of the picture on the website?
Hair color may be different under different light. Our product images are all shot under natural light. Please refer to your hair color under natural light to match the color of our product.
Are the cuticles aligned?
Yes, It’s 100% cuticles aligned. The hair still keeps all cuticles so it’s strong and not easily damaged. We just wash the hair carefully with shampoo which is extracted from natural ingredients. We don’t use any noxious chemicals to process the hair so if you want to change other hairdos, you completely style your hair.
Can I color my hair extensions?
Yes you can. Because our hair is 100% human hair all collections can be dyed. But dye the color into darker color only if you want to keep the hair healthy. And you are suggested to find your hairstylist to do that.
What hair extensions are best?
The best hair extensions depend on your preference. What’s important is you make sure that what you’re getting is made from 100% human hair. Synthetic ones don’t allow you to apply heat, which means you can’t style them however you want.
Can hair extensions help damaged hair?
Hair extensions are a great option to prevent your natural hair from getting damaged. Alternate styling between your natural hair and hair extensions saves your hair from damage caused by heat and coloring.
When should I wash my hair extensions?
We recommend cleaning your 8Hair hair extensions every 10-15 wears. Unlike natural hair, hair extensions cannot produce oils to naturally condition your hair, meaning every time you wash, you reduce the natural oils of the human hair. Avoid regular washing to prevent the hair from becoming dry.
Should I use a comb or a brush on my hair extensions?
To better maintain your 8Hair hair extensions, we recommend using a wide-tooth comb rather than an ordinary brush. When brushing your tape extensions, hold the roots of your hair to prevent pulling on the bonds. This will help extend the lifespan of your hair extensions.
Do you do sample order?
Yes I do but dont provide free, you can buy small order to test quality first before bulk order.

Once you have confirmed your order, you can pay by Bank Transfer, Paypal, Western Union, MoneyGram or Ria or Binance is accepted. For any customers that use Naira, I know some Agents who can receive your payment by NGN with their rate then they will transfer dollars to us. Once the payment is completed, we will inform you as soon as possible and start the process of your order.

Standard Shipping can sometimes lose or take a long time to deliver to international first class mail. Orders can sometimes get held up in customs. How do you ship? And how much is shipping cost?
Our products are shipped all over the world by UPS, DHL or Fedex. It takes about 5 – 7 days for delivery, depending on your area.
